I’ve been through it all myself. That’s why I can hold space for you to feel everything — even the things you didn’t know you were carrying.
I had done years of healing work, released beliefs and programming on a mental level.
But here’s what I discovered: no matter how much we let go mentally, the body remembers.
The body stores information that the mind can’t always access.
Through this work, I released what was stored deep in my body — things I thought I had moved past, but hadn’t. The shift went all the way to my womb. After 17 years, my period came back. Naturally. No pain. Just flow.
That’s how deep this work goes. And that’s why I know it can meet you wherever you are.

but only for people who have already worked with me in person.
In those cases, I already know their breathing pattern and can safely guide them at a distance.
Online, the focus shifts more into energetic work rather than somatic presence, though the breathing process itself stays the same.

This makes the energy work and subtle guidance more directly felt and integrated. By being together physically, the process becomes richer, fuller. I want you to receive the whole transmission, not just a fraction of it.
That said, I occasionally offer online sessions — but only for people who have already worked with me in person. In that case, I know their breath pattern and can safely guide them at a distance.
