Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using my services.

1. Overview
   This website and services are operated by LIJA Concept LLC, represented by Jasmin Niedan Martinez. By accessing or using my services, you agree to these terms.
   
   
2. Services
   My services include:

• Kundalini Yoga (private sessions, group classes, online & in-person)
• Breathwork (private sessions, group classes, online & in-person)
• Workshops and events
• Holistic mentoring programs
• Life transformation programs
• Energy healing sessions
• Ayurvedic retreat experiences (in collaboration with partners)
• Online classes and content

3. Payments & refunds

• All payments are due in full at time of booking unless a payment plan is arranged
• Program fees are non-refundable once paid
• Payment plans must continue regardless of program completion
• Class passes and event tickets have specific validity periods
• Retreat deposits and payments have specific cancellation terms (see Cancellation Policy)

4. Class & event policies

• Class passes are valid for 3 months from date of purchase
• Class passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others
• Online classes require adequate internet connection and Zoom
• Group class bookings are subject to availability
• Workshop registrations are confirmed upon payment
• Event locations and times may be subject to change
• In case of weather-related or other unexpected cancellations, alternative arrangements (such as online sessions) may be offered based on availability. If no alternative can be provided, the class will be credited or refunded

5. Program commitments

• You are responsible for completing programs within the designated timeframe
• Access to online content is for the duration specified at purchase
• Payment plan obligations continue even if you choose to discontinue
• Mentoring programs require your active participation and engagement

6. Online content & intellectual property

• All content is for personal use only
• Recording of sessions (online or in-person) is prohibited without explicit permission
• Materials may not be shared, copied, or distributed
• Login credentials are non-transferable
• Zoom class recordings, when available, are for registered participants only, as indicated for each specific offering
• These recordings cannot be downloaded, shared, or distributed
• Not all sessions are recorded, and recording availability is not guaranteed

7. Health & safety

• You are responsible for consulting healthcare providers before starting any program
• You must inform me before class about any pregnancies, injuries, surgeries, physical or mental health conditions, etc.
• You are responsible for practicing within your own limits
• Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances is strictly prohibited
• I reserve the right to decline service if I believe it unsafe
• All guidance is educational, not medical advice

8. Privacy & confidentiality

• I protect your personal information as per my Privacy Policy
• Group session experiences and participant information must remain confidential
• I may use testimonials and feedback with prior permission
• Photos taken during events may be used for marketing with prior individual agreement
• While sharing your experience on social media is welcomed and you’re free to tag @jasmin.niedan.martinez (When Souls Align account), please respect other participants’ privacy
• Group photos or content featuring other participants should only be shared with their explicit permission

9. Program & class modifications
   I reserve the right to:

• Modify program content or structure
• Update pricing
• Adjust delivery methods
• Change class schedules with notice
• Cancel classes or events if necessary (with refund or alternative offering)

10. Communication

• Primary communication is via email
• Response times vary based on program/service type
• Emergency contacts are provided for retreat participants
• Class cancellations will be communicated via email/messaging

11. Liability

• You participate in all activities at your own risk
• I am not liable for personal injury or property damage
• Force majeure circumstances may affect service delivery
• You are responsible for your personal belongings during classes/events

12. Retreat terms

• Specific retreat details and schedules will be provided upon registration
• Retreat payments include specified accommodation, classes, and activities
• Additional services or treatments are charged separately
• Retreat cancellations:
  • Full refund (minus administrative fee) for cancellations 30+ days before retreat
  • 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before retreat
  • No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of retreat
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements

13. Private group bookings

• Group size, pricing, and arrangements are customized for each booking
• Specific requirements and terms will be provided upon inquiry
• Full payment or deposit (as agreed) required to confirm booking
• Cancellation terms will be specified in the booking agreement
• Location and timing subject to mutual agreement
