What I am is someone whose life was profoundly changed by these ancient teachings.
For over a decade, I battled an eating disorder that left me disconnected from my body — existing, but not truly living and at war with food.

Ayurveda became my lifeline, guiding me back to balance and teaching me to trust my body’s innate wisdom.
It was this life-course correction and personal rebirth that sparked my passion for sharing this wisdom with others, even as I continue my own journey of learning and growth.

Now, Ayurvedic principles form the foundation of my approach to holistic wellness.

They’ve shown me how to nurture myself on every level
– physically, mentally, and spiritually.

While I may not know it all, living a healthy and vital life is one of my core principles. I do this by integrating Ayurvedic lifestyle practices as best I can.

My commitment to authenticity means I’m clear about what I know and when to guide you to specialists.
